جوفان مستأجر ومشغّل لمجمع طبي عام في المدينة المنورة، وتقدّم الخدمة نفسها لملّاك المباني والمستثمرين: تحويل مبنى إلى مرفق صحي عامل، وإدارة تشغيله واستقطاب العيادات المتخصصة إليه.Güven is the lessee and operator of a general medical complex in Madinah, and offers the same service to building owners and investors: turning a building into a working healthcare facility, running it, and bringing specialised clinics into it.

الدورThe role
جوفان هي المستأجر والمشغّل للمجمع: إدارة عقد الإيجار مع الجهات المالكة، وتنفيذ أعمال التطوير والتأهيل — تطوير الواجهة، وأعمال الإطفاء والإنذار، والأعمال الكهربائية — ومتابعة متطلبات التشغيل والترخيص، وإدارة المرفق بعد التشغيل.Güven is the complex's lessee and operator: managing the lease with the owning parties, delivering the development and fit-out — façade development, fire fighting and alarm systems, and electrical works — following the operating and licensing requirements, and running the facility once open.

مجمع طبي عام يضمّ عيادات متعدّدة التخصصات، يجري تأهيله وتجهيزه بالكامل — من الواجهات والأعمال الإنشائية إلى التجهيزات الطبية وترتيبات التشغيل.A general medical complex housing multi-specialty clinics, undergoing full refurbishment and equipping — from façades and structural works through to medical equipment and operating arrangements.

- دراسة تحويل المبنى. Conversion study. تقييم مدى صلاحية المبنى للاستخدام الصحي، وما يلزمه من أعمال، وتقدير الكلفة والمدة قبل الالتزام.Assessing whether a building suits healthcare use, what works it needs, and the cost and duration before any commitment.
- التأهيل والتجهيز. Refurbishment and fit-out. تنفيذ أعمال التجديد والواجهات والتقسيمات الداخلية والتجهيزات، بإدارة عقود المقاولين والموردين نيابةً عن المالك.Delivering renovation, façades, internal partitioning and equipping, managing contractor and supplier contracts on the owner's behalf.
- متطلبات الترخيص. Licensing requirements. إعداد ومتابعة ملفات المتطلبات أمام الجهات المختصة — وزارة الصحة والدفاع المدني وجهات الاعتماد — بالتنسيق مع المكاتب الهندسية المعتمدة.Preparing and following requirement files before the competent authorities — Ministry of Health, Civil Defence and accreditation bodies — in coordination with licensed engineering offices.
- التشغيل وإدارة المرفق. Operation and facility management. إدارة المرفق بعد الافتتاح: الجداول، والعقود، والصيانة، والعلاقة مع العيادات المستأجرة.Running the facility after opening: schedules, contracts, maintenance and the relationship with tenant clinics.
- استقطاب العيادات المتخصصة. Attracting specialised clinics. جلب مشغّلي العيادات المتخصصة وترتيب صيغة التعاقد معهم داخل المجمع.Bringing in specialised clinic operators and structuring their occupancy arrangements within the complex.
