ننفّذ أعمال التشطيبات والدهانات والمحارة والأسوار في مشاريع سكنية وتجارية، بعمالة تحت إدارتنا وإشراف ميداني مباشر ونظام تقارير يومي يُسلَّم للمقاول الرئيسي أو المالك.We deliver finishing, painting, plastering and fencing works on residential and commercial projects, with labour under our own management, direct site supervision and a daily reporting system handed to the main contractor or owner.

- الدهانات. Painting. دهانات داخلية وخارجية للوحدات السكنية والمباني التجارية، بمعدلات إنتاج متفق عليها وضبط جودة على مراحل.Interior and exterior painting for residential units and commercial buildings, at agreed production rates with staged quality control.
- المحارة والتشطيبات. Plastering and finishes. أعمال المحارة والتجهيز للتشطيب النهائي، بما فيها معالجة الأسطح وأعمال الإصلاح.Plastering and preparation for final finishes, including surface treatment and making-good works.
- الأسوار والتسييج. Fencing. توريد وتركيب أسوار الشبك المجلفن وأعمال التسييج لحدود المواقع والمشاريع.Supply and installation of galvanised chain-link fencing and site-boundary works.
- الواجهات والألمنيوم. Façades and aluminium. إدارة أعمال الواجهات الزجاجية والألمنيوم عبر متخصصين تحت عقد وإشراف جوفان.Managing curtain-wall glazing and aluminium works through specialists contracted and supervised by Güven.
- أعمال الإطفاء والإنذار. Fire fighting and alarm systems. تنفيذ وإدارة أنظمة مكافحة الحريق وإنذار الحريق ضمن أعمال التأهيل، بالتنسيق مع المكاتب المتخصصة والجهات المختصة.Delivering and managing fire fighting and fire alarm systems within refurbishment works, in coordination with specialist offices and the competent authorities.
- الأعمال الكهربائية. Electrical works. التمديدات ولوحات التوزيع والإنارة وأعمال التشغيل ضمن نطاق المشروع.Conduits and wiring, distribution boards, lighting and commissioning within the project scope.
- إدارة العمالة والاستقدام. Workforce management and recruitment. استقطاب واستقدام العمالة الفنية وإدارتها ميدانياً، مع الالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية للتشغيل والتعاقد من الباطن.Sourcing, recruiting and managing skilled labour on site, in line with the statutory requirements for employment and subcontracting.

تقرير يومي موحّدA single daily report
مشرف الموقع يعبّئ نموذج تقرير يومي ثابت: العمالة الحاضرة، الأعمال المنجزة، الكميات، المعوّقات، والاحتياج القادم — ويُسلَّم للمقاول الرئيسي بصيغة واحدة كل يوم.The site supervisor completes a fixed daily report form: labour present, work completed, quantities, obstacles and next requirements — handed to the main contractor in the same format every day.
مسؤوليات مكتوبةWritten responsibilities
لكل مشرف خطاب مهام يحدّد صلاحياته ومسؤولياته، فلا يبقى أي بند بلا صاحب عند وقوع مشكلة.Each supervisor holds a duties letter setting out authority and responsibility, so no item is left ownerless when a problem arises.
