تأسست جوفان لتكون الطرف الذي يتحمّل المسؤولية في المشاريع التي تتقاطع فيها المتطلبات النظامية مع التنفيذ الفعلي على الأرض.Güven exists to be the party that carries the responsibility on projects where regulatory requirements and physical execution meet.

شركة جوفان المتكاملة المحدودة شركة سعودية ذات مسؤولية محدودة، مقرها مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية. نعمل في أربعة قطاعات مترابطة: الاستشارات التنظيمية للأجهزة الطبية، والمقاولات والإنشاءات، وتشغيل المجمعات الطبية والعيادات المتخصصة، والتطوير العقاري.Güven Integrated Company Ltd. is a Saudi limited liability company headquartered in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. We work across four connected sectors: medical-device regulatory affairs, contracting and construction, medical complex and specialised clinic operation, and real estate development.
الرابط بين هذه القطاعات ليس صدفة. المصنّع الأجنبي الذي يحتاج تسجيل جهازه في المملكة يحتاج بعدها من يوصله إلى منشأة صحية؛ والمنشأة الصحية تحتاج من يؤهّل مبناها ويجهّزه ويستخرج تراخيصه. نحن نغطي هذا المسار كاملاً بكيان واحد.The link between these sectors is deliberate. A foreign manufacturer that needs its device registered in the Kingdom then needs someone to place it inside a healthcare facility; and that facility needs someone to refurbish the building, equip it and take it through licensing. We cover that whole path under one entity.

أربعة مبادئ نلتزم بهاFour commitments
- نطاق عمل مكتوب قبل البدء. A written scope before we start. لا نبدأ بأي عمل قبل تحديد المخرجات والمسؤوليات والمدد كتابةً، حتى لا يتحوّل النقاش لاحقاً إلى خلاف.No work begins before deliverables, responsibilities and timelines are set down in writing, so the discussion never turns into a dispute later.
- مرجع لكل مستند. A reference on every document. كل عرض سعر وكل خطاب وكل جدول أتعاب يحمل رقماً مرجعياً وتاريخاً، ويُحفظ في ملف المشروع.Every quotation, letter and fee schedule carries a reference number and a date, and is filed in the project record.
- جهة اتصال واحدة. One point of contact. لا نُحيل العميل بين الأقسام؛ لكل ملف مسؤول واحد يعرف تفاصيله ويردّ عليه.We do not pass clients between departments; each file has one owner who knows its detail and answers for it.
- حدود واضحة للمهنة. Clear professional boundaries. ما يحتاج محامياً أو محاسباً قانونياً أو استشارياً هندسياً معتمداً نقوله صراحةً ونُحيله لأهله بدل أن نتجاوز اختصاصنا.Where a matter needs a lawyer, a certified accountant or a licensed engineering consultant, we say so and refer it rather than step outside our competence.
نطاق أوسع من السعوديةBeyond Saudi Arabia
إضافة إلى نشاط جوفان داخل المملكة، تمتد أعمال المجموعة إلى مملكة البحرين وجمهورية مصر العربية والولايات المتحدة عبر كيانات شقيقة، وهو ما يتيح استقبال تعاملات المصنّعين والموردين الأجانب بالصيغة التي تناسب كل سوق.Beyond Güven's activity inside the Kingdom, the group's work extends to Bahrain, Egypt and the United States through affiliated entities, which allows dealings with foreign manufacturers and suppliers to be structured in the form each market requires.
